Q: Why do you offer
skulls?
A: Skulls are symbolic. Man has always had wonder in awe about
death. Many cultures set aside time to show a respect for those who are no
longer with them. St. Francis kept a human skull to remind him of his own
mortality. The All Saints Church in
Sedlec, Czech Republic decorated in human bones symbolizing the Resurrection.
Mostly, I just love skulls, as the daughter of an Archeologist the whole idea of
death has never bothered me. I find skulls beautiful and fascinating. I have
them decorating my car and my home. Skulls prove that life is temporary,
unpredictable and encourage me to enjoy every moment.
~Miscellaneous~ Q: I love your stuff, how can
I help your business? A: Keep coming back, tell friends, share my site,

all beliefs.
Q: Are you Catholic or a reformed-Catholic?
A:
No, I am neither a Catholic nor a reformed-Catholic.
Q: Would you like me to pray for you? A: If praying for me makes you happy, I would be honored.
Q: Why do you offer
skulls?
A: Skulls are used in Tibetan prayer beads and that there are Day
of the Dead rosaries made by the Mexican culture used to honoring those who have
passed on. St. Francis kept a human skull to remind him of his own mortality.
There is also The All Saints Church in Sedlec, Czech Republic decorated in human
bones symbolizing the Resurrection. These are but the tip of the iceberg as man
has always had wonder in awe about death. Many cultures have some type of time
set aside to show a respect for those who are no longer with them.
Mostly I just love skulls, as the daughter of an Archeologist the
whole idea of death has never bothered me. I find skulls beautiful and
fascinating. I have them decorating my car and my home.
Q: Why would anyone want an inverted
symbol?
A: I
receive requests and I try in every way possible to make my buyers happy!
Q:
Aren’t inverted crosses evil? A: Perhaps a customer is paying homage
to St. Peter (the first Pope) who was crucified upside down because he did not
feel he was worthy to die in the same manner as
Jesus.
Q: Do people pray with Goth
Rosaries?
A: I
have no idea what buyers do with their custom beaded items. I do know it is not
my place to pass judgment on
others.
Q: Why use the name
'AntiSally'?
A: Close friends of mine have several children to whom I am their
"Auntie" but because a certain small person exclaimed: "You're not my REAL
Aunt!" The alternate spelling was born and it stuck! I like it, although some
may see it as negative at first glance, it isn't at all, in fact it warms my
heart to know I am someone's "anti"! As for the Physics issue: Yes, if I am in the same room with
myself I am pure energy. How else could a one-woman operation like this keep all
her buyers so darn happy! *Grins*
Q:
How do you pronounce the name "Samhain" and what does it mean? A: See
this link: http://www.personal.utulsa.edu/~marc-carlson/holiday/sam4.html
