Refunds on Non-Fragrance Items: I shall gladly refund all your money (including postage) if returned in original condition and within 10 days after postmark of when the item(s) was shipped to you. Once product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage, a full refund can be processed. Shipment cost of all returns will be paid in full by GothRosary.com.
Exchanges on Non-Fragrance Items: I do offer exchanges of like item for like item of non-fragrance items. Just contact me with your situation and well work something out!
Damaged Goods: Sadly, GothRosary is not responsible for damages incurred in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipment, and to note any obvious damage with the courier. In the event of damaged goods, the customer should immediately contact the freight carrier to place a damage claim. Please let me know if you need any help with this process.
Repairs of GothRosary Hand Beaded Goods: FREE REPAIRS FOR LIFE! I will cheerfully repair or replace any broken or tarnished parts due to normal wear on the Goth Rosary items made by me free for life. Refunds & Exchanges on Fragrance Items: Since each product is custom poured upon order, and since health code violations prohibit me from re-selling products that have been shipped to consumers, I cannot allow returns for any reason. This is why I strongly suggested that you try the Scent Sample Pack prior to making your purchase. If you are concerned about potential allergies, please consult the website for full product contents. Also, most of the body products are available in Fragrance Free varieties (known as "Nothingness").
